Seymour Duncan APH-2S Slash Alnico II Pro ZB

Nice packaging and but little case candy. I waited to get these pups for weeks with disappointing realization that it will take more work to fit these pups hence I didn't know enough that there was no 5 wire connection option (coill splitting) to fit these Slash pups to the new Gibson Les Pauls 5 wire quick connectors, but to create something original with the Slash pups 2 wire 1 conductor plus GND wiring. Unfortunately all my new Les Pauls suitable for this mod are with the new 5 wire connectors and control boards. This was good learning for the amateur and now I will fit according to Thomanns request the Emerson Custom CS long shaft long prewired simple high quality CB into my Les Paul to enable fitting these pups and finally get to play. I have no doubt about the sound of the pups is phenomenal for this style of music thus only this wiring comment. I will be buying another set of these I am sure for my next project.
