I am the guy who make keyboard stands of RHS metal pipe weighing 30kgs each.
I hate stuff that is not sturdy, and this is not sturdy, it is very thin metal.
BUT it gets better when you install units in it. I also assembled wheels on mine.
but don't listen to me, I am stupid and I also have a bad back after lifting my heavy sturdy stuff I make at home.
would I buy it again?
well, kinda like the metal rack idea, but I would probably make one myself by buying oak wood panels.
But it is cheap, that is good.

Cheap and deep box for your 19 inch equipment
tiaxanderson 14.02.2021
It's cheap, is surprisingly sturdy, relatively light, and offers a lot of slots for your 19 equipment.
It feels flimsy while empty, but as soon as you mount something it it, it becomes really stable.
Pros:
* Cheap
* Deep
* Doesn't skip mounting holes
* Back is open if the depth still isn't enough
Cons:
For this price, none

Do not order this item
RandMar 24.08.2022
I ordered two of these and Thomann sent them in a cardboard box with 4 pieces of foam on each corner and no packing. Thus the cabinet (steel box) has no packing on the side and you can guess that obviously the sides of the steel box got dented and also scratched because the box is not strong enough - it is a simple carton box.
