Less than a year after buying this expensive cello case the backpack straps ripped out the thermoplastic where they were attached. We returned the product because it was still in warranty period and Gewa wanted 496,60¤ to repair it, claiming it was our fault that the case was broken. We don't recommend this product or any other case for cello with two backpack straps attached in the same point in the centre of the case because it will break and apparently its clients fault. I will never buy anything more from Thomann. In store in Portugal I would be treated in a different way.
