Thomann sent me a broken one too :(

I waited so long for it to be in stock, finally I placed an order. However, the 1 and 5 switches of the product were broken :( I contacted immediately and started a return. I saw a few other people reporting the same problem in the comments. It's really sad and frustrating. The material quality does not suit the EHX at all. Now I can't return the money to order another switcher. I had to wait. Think carefully when ordering such products, I would never recommend…

It's perfect if you have a lot of pedals. The Super Switch is the best tool if you want to have a high performance on stage. Tap dancing is over!

Je n'utilisais pas de système de switching sur mon pedalboard et j'avoue que c'est très efficace sur scène. Fini le jeu de claquettes. Produit bien fini et ergonomie assez simple. Après quelques mois d'utilisation j'ai tout de même quelques réserves sur le Super Switcher ... Il y a une perte sonore en sortie qui n'est pas traitée correctement par le buffer et un "voile" sur le son qui ne rend pas le système transparent. Idem pour le boost intégré qui réhausse certaines fréquences sans qu'on puisse les modifier.

Einfaches Handling und top Preis-Leistung.

Der Super Switcher bietet zusätzlich zu seiner Hauptfunktion auch zwei On-Board Pedals und zwar ein Buffer (kann nur über die alles oder nichts in den Settings zugeschaltet werden) und ein Clean Booster der jederzeit zugeschaltet werden kann oder in einem Preset gespeichert wird. Qualität, wie von EHX gewohnt, sehr solide.

Das Teil hat auch mit CTRL 1/2 und TAP sehr wertvolle Features. Ich nutze bspw. ein Strymon Riverside und ein JHS Morning Glory V4 die beide über eine Remote Buchse verfügen. So kann direkt über den Super Switcher die Funktionen der Pedals gesteuert oder auch im Preset gespeichert werden.
Mit TAP kann bei Pedals mit einer Remote Tap Funkion (z.B. Delays) die Geschwindigkeit angepasst und auch im Preset gespeichert werden.

Wenn die Presets noch benamst werden könnten, dann wäre dieses Teil Perfekt.
Das sehe ich als kleinen Nachteil. Ansonsten ein grossartiges Produkt!
