Amazing sound in ultra-compact format

I bought this mixer as an upgrade to a ZEDi10-FX. I liked the Allen & Heath sound but I lacked the extra features of a digital mixer. However, I was astonished to hear the difference in sound. The CQ18T sounds amazing for a mixer of this size and price. The form factor makes it ideal for desktop and to be easily carried around. I would have preferred physical faders but the touchscreen works perfectly and the soft rotaries can be programmed to control send levels, so all in all it's very easy to use. Also, the feedback assistant works like magic eliminating all problematic frequencies in a few minutes and allowing very high sound levels even in proximity to loud monitors. The features, size and sound quality make it a perfect choice in this price range.

We bought this for live gigs in small venues, for live jams in front of an audience and to record the audio. It separated the inputs into the recording section of the desk so you can do a live mix and a recording mix. The drivers and preamp for live mix is amazing. We work it off our phones and ipads and it's just so handy. Very easy to use after a small play around and definitely worth it.

Buyer Beware. Will not order from Thomann again.

I would love to review the CQ18-T that I ordered 9 weeks ago. However, it is lost in the Post and Thomann is refusing to re-send or refund the order until it has been "officially declared lost". However, they also will not provide a timeline on how long it takes before something is declared Lost.
In the meantime, I am out a whole bunch of money, unable to play the gigs where I need the new mixer, and unable to order another one from a different vendor until I have been refunded.
This is absolutely ridiculous, I should have spent a little more and ordered through a different company from the beginning.
