awful quality, massively overpriced

The price definitely doesn't match the quality here.
1. Name: It says "tabletop", but you will scratch any surface you place this on.
2. Quality: The edges of those rack ears are very, very sharp. It will cut you while you work on your eurorack - mounted or placed on the table
3. Finish: it's painted with a finish that is soft to the touch. It scratches very, very easily.

This is a very bad design and that price makes it even worse.

Handy and versatile, but not the best finish

They work well with the Tiptop rails and the four screws are included. It can be used as tabletop or mounted on a rack, although for the former I find the edges are dangerously pointy and sharp.
