A Fine little cab
I was searching for a light, relatively loud cabinet for practice and small gigs - I got more than I anticipated!
First of all, this cabinet is really well put together and more than matches the pricetag. The shell is 15mm plywood and the grille seems sturdy. Jacks seem to be really solid pieces of gear too. Design itself is pretty basic with double 8" drivers and double ports - that's that. The handle on the top seems solid and lifting this thing is easy - it's a featherweight!
Sound was my main headache when ordering this - will it cope with a B-string? In short: absolutely! The sound is good, punchy and seems quite versatile - and handles sounds from sweet highs to those low B's ok! There is little cutting in lowest register but honestly that is really just nitpicking! The one thing that really stands out playing with this cab is slapping - it's a responsive little bugger!
If I compare this to my old US made Hartke gear with a single 15" XL cab I'm more than satisfied. This thing is easier to move around and for the most part delivers the sound (as I really wasn't expecting it to be even this powerful down low anyhow). Coupled with TC's own BAM200 the footprint stays remarkably small and surprisingly flexible - and loud for a system knee high and less than a foot wide!
I'm more than satisfied!

Hyvät soundit
Positiivinen yllätys äänen laadun suhteen. Tosin kokemusta vielä vain pienemmässä tilassa soittamisessa.
