The price / quality relationship is very much well met here. At 1450W and support for quality liquid this hazer gives enough haze to fill out a bigger set or a small living room. Decently easy to control, even though the controls can take a little time to get used to. Having a DMX is an absolute must and it works fine.
Only drawbacks I've managed to find are physical; The controls are in front of the machine and not at the backside. This means that in a set where the hazer is not operated through DMX the operator has block the hazer somewhat in order to make it function. Now if you are on a commercial set and the operator has to hide behind the hazer this causes a little issue or unnecessary back and forth movement.
Another negative is that there's only one handle and it happens to be on the lid covering the user interface. So if you want to bring this hazer on location and have some run and gun action with it, this can prove to be a larger issue since there's no way to carry the machine properly without the lid. The ventilation is at the right side, so its impossible to install handles on both sides.
A great product in studio and locations where it doesn't need to be moved quickly by hand.
