What a bargain!

After taking a closer listen and look at the cab when I had more time, I needed to update my review. The cab loaded with 16 ohm V30’s is officially flawless. I went over it with a fine tooth comb, and found not one flaw. The construction is excellent, and it’s the best sounding cab I’ve had yet. The price is the unbelievable cherry on top!

Extremely solid cabinet, ideal for any speakers.

This is an extremely solid cabinet, very well built out of 19mm plywood. You can front load the speakers, but I found it better to back load them, the front grille fitted better with the speakers rear loaded. I used Celestion V 30s and there is a great tone with good base response. I have a video on Youtube of mine. Great Value ....... :-)

Je cherchais un 2x12 vertical pour accompagner ma tête EVH 5150S 50W.

Après avoir essayé le G212 Vintage qui ne m'a pas convaincu (la faute aux V30 finalement), j'ai opté pour le G212Plus vide. Ceci m'a permis d'installer la paire de HP de mon choix et ainsi d'obtenir un 2x12 au meilleur rapport qualité-prix. J'ai choisi des WGS Reaper et Vétéran 30.

La qualité de fabrication est nettement supérieure au G212 classique et inspire confiance. L'esthétique est plus soignée. La possibilité d'ouvrir l'arrière partiellement est un plus, bien que je ne m'en serve pas. Les poignées et le tolex sont de bonne facture.

Je suis très satisfait de mon achat, le tout s'accommode parfaitement à ma tête d'ampli. Autant dire qu'au prix de vente proposé, une fois de plus Harley Benton tue le match et propose un produit imbattable!

Alors oui j'ai jamais eu un cab 1000€ dans les mains.
Mais j'ai déjà construit des enceintes et je trouve que ce cab est bien fait.
Il ne vibre pas. Les découpes sont propres.
Et avec un v30 et un cream back ça sonne du tonnerre. Peut être qu'il y a mieux. Mais franchement je vous met au défi d'entendre la différence.
Je ne regrette pas cet achat
