Lowering the quality
Grover is clearly not what it was. The tuners look good, the hold tune, but they are not smooth at all when turning, they are jumpy and the material feel a little cheaper than other grovers that I had from a Chinese Guild guitar over 10 years old and the feel much better and they are as smooth as butter to turn and hold tune even better. For this quality, way over priced. I bought this tuning pegs at 80 euros here, I see now the lower the price to 60. Still would not buy them again. I suggest you to try Gotoh.

These are greate. They are allso a little bit higher than my original on LP. This means that the angle and friction is reduced. More tuning stability

Key magic
I must have gotten the one set that are perfect according to other reviews...they replaced the machine heads on my HB 35 Plus and are smooth and shiny and still in tune after a bunch of short sessions...I'd go a little higher end if it was to be installed on a really good guitar...but they'd still be Grovers

I finely got fed up with the robot tuners on my Les Paul Tribute HP - these fitted like a glove. Look great too.
be very careful drilling the screw hole. stays in tune nicely now.

Nice quality tuners
I am using these on my Epi LP Standard (10mm) and they are very good.
I have measured my Gibson LP Studio and I am confident they will fit that too.
