Ernie Ball 009 Single Slinky String Set

I ordered this because I had a Solar (notice, past tense) that had burs in the locking tuner and it kept repeatedly cutting the high e's over and over again. I ordered this because I literally went through the e's in 7 sets worth of strings with that guitar before I sent it back.

Now I have put a set of .009's on my LP (which its entire life has never had anything thinner than 10's on it, usually 11's !) and I have 5 high e's sitting in the case... But, hey, this wasn't a bad deal.

great strings not much to add

Have been using them many years, gigs all week long and they have served their purpose well. Will definitely continue using them in the future.

Great that you can buy sets of individual strings… I bought 9-40 and apart form the 9 the rest can make a set of 12s.. very versatile

The string are good. Ernie Ball know what they're doing.
