Firstly let me get this straight, I don't bash Behringer and don't have much time for those that do.
It is what it is.. .a great piece of kit for a starter setup at very low cost.
Seriously, 16 Channels for under 200 euro (as it was when i bought it) is a lot of bang for buck!
The sound path is very clean, with a very low noise floor, even after continuous use for more than one year now.
The FX are very decent, I love the reverb (03) for my analog synths and the Chorus is lush.
However (and here comes the "Behringer" effect) a few months ago the most used knobs (FX send) started to become scratchy and now other are starting to do the same.
Behringer makes great budget gear, that gives you very decent performance to get started with whatever it is you might want to be doing, but don't expect it to have the same durability as equipment that will cost you nearly twice as much or more.
Again, this is not a slight against the manufacturer, rather a reminder to set your expectations according to your budget :)
I am aware they do make more upmarket gear as well and
I cannot speak for that.
Logic would state that those things have higher quality components :)
To sum up:
You get a very good budget desk but be prepared to upgrade your gear in future.
