Great guitar with amazing playability - but then again...

At first, the guitar felt premium in almost every way. Up to the point it feels a bit sterile compared to my Ibanez JEM MIJ.
Then I began discovering flaws...
The truss rod could not be adjusted without removing the retainer bar (when I tried to put the allen key - it would hit the retainer bar). Should I have removed the retainer bar when trying to adjust the truss rod?!
When I tried to hang this guitar on my wall, the wall hanger would hit one end of the retainer bar, as the bar itself is wider than the neck of the guitar. Luckily, I didn't hang it, as it would have inevitably damaged the guitar.
Neck joint is cut under 90° - mine had a micro fracture uppon dellivery - it did not affect the performance of the guitar, but was annoying.
The strings were not centered, but were shifted towards high E, which caused the high E to sometimes slip over the fretboard. The nut lock was also 2mm shorter than the neck, and positioned aligned with the neck edge on the high E string.
Humbucker polepieces don't match the string spacing (both E strings are aligned with the outer tangents of the polepieces).
As this was my first genuine Fender guitar, I wanted to go for the top serial produced model... Now I don't know what to think about Fender.
On the other hand, I am feeling so thankful to the great guys from Thomann customer support.

Ca fait maintenant quelques semaines que je possède ce bijou et fait 2 répétitions et 1 concert avec.
Une superbe guitare extrêmement polyvalente, alors oui les Fenders sont en générales Polyvalente mais là ! c'est whoua une polyvalence 2.0 ! Et c'est sans compter sur le Split Micro en Push Pull qui ouvre, même après ça, encore plus d'horizons.
Les Micros sont vraiment précis, un régal et avec un Noiseless de qualité.
Le manche est vraiment très agréable, du haut jusqu'aux aigues sans accroche, un peu déroutant par rapport à mes autres Fenders (2 Mex et 1 US de 1994) mais on si fait trèèèèès vite tellement on se sent confort sur cette guitare.
Le Floyd est ultra précis, c'est un vrai, on sent la différence tout de suite !
Et le look... magnifique ! et qui prend bien la lumière (très sympa sur scène).
Ma seule déception fut qu'elle est arrivée sans avoir été accordée du tout (mais alors vraiment genre j'te mets des cordes et démerde toi) et une corde a cassé direct quand j'ai commencé a accorder (il n'y avait pas énormément de tension je précise) et ça pour le coup, ça refroidi un peu hélas. Le service après vente me demandant une photo de la corde cassée etc, bah non désolé je l'ai jetée et remplacée...
Conclusion:
Une Fender qui procure confort, précision, qui aide à la vélocité et qui a un spectre de son affolant pour tous les styles réellement (Du clean en passant par le funk, pop, rock et HardRock et +) !!

Im Orginal noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ließ mir 0.10 Saiten montieren und Gitarre einstellen. Super gerader Hals, super oktavrein. Habe Floyd Rose noch eine Umdrehung tiefer gestellt und dann war die Saitenlage für mich ideal. Sound wunderbar, kein Brummen schöner Output der Pickups und schöner "Stratsound". Edelstahlbünde spielen sich sehr schön. Ergonmie einer Strat ist einfach toll. Einfach tolles Instrument. Danke für den Service

Un manche incroyable avec une action basse facile à jouer.
Peu de différence entre l'utilisation du micro manche en simple ou en double, je m'attendais à mieux.
Une légère fissure est déjà apparue (de 3mm) sur le laquage du corps à la jonction manche (classique sur les électriques).
Une reprise chez le luthier car les vis de fixation de la sangle ce desserre.
