Some cymbals on the market can have a captivating appearance, but then can be let down by either their sonic or build qualities. From the moment this cymbal was unboxed, the Paiste 13'' Mega Cup Chime was a delight to behold, and then sounded unlike most effects cymbals I had previously used, with great clarity over the thudding of two bass drums. The cymbal is a great alternative/accompaniment to the bell of a ride or a large crash, as it has a nice warm 'ping' to it. Overall a great purchase, and well priced for a very high quality cymbal.

Très satisfait de cette Mega Cloche hors norme. Je l'utilise dans un ensemble de recherche de percussion. On peut utiliser cette cloche pour un accent (un grand ping) sur le bord avec un certain sustain et de manière plus rythmique sur le dôme un peu comme la cloche d'une cymbale mais en raison de la taille et de l'épaisseur le son est puissant et légèrement mat. A ajouter dans un set qui privilégie un jeu de batterie ou de percussion avec une tendance expérimentale ou éventuellement très rock puisque c'est tout de même une Mega Cloche.

nicht umsonnst nennt sich diese Glocke 'MEGA Cup chime' ! Die Glocke bietet alles was man von ihr erwartet. Durch das anspielen in verschiedenen Bereichen kann man immer den passenden Klang erzeugen und das Mega lange sustain, das wirklcih mindestens 1 Minute deutschlich zu hören ist haut alles raus ! In meiner Band benutze ich sie liebend gerne, wenn man auch den passenden Ständer raus suche muss, da diese Glocke doch schon ordentlich wiegt und auf leichten langen Galgenarmen recht wackelig steht!
