The fact that this guitar has a solid mahogany top for such a low price was the main reason I bought it, but then it turned out to be much more than that. A fantastically well balanced sound, a flexible and adjustable action and a set of low strings (even the E) which can perfectly hold their frequencies without oscillating were only some of the main surprises. The default factory action for this particular one was low, which caused some fretbuzz here and there (especially when wearing a capo), but this was easily fixed by adjusting the truss rod and sanding down the saddle. Don't let the bargain full you: Framus has put together a premium guitar here, which would cost fives or six times this price if it had a different brand name on its headstock. I couldn't be happier with it!
