practical little timer

This is something I use for timing film sequences when doing live soundtracks. It's reasonably readable in dim light (relatively large screen), easy to use and has all the function one would need for a small timer/chrono.
My main problem with that item is that you cannot disable the annoying *bleep* it makes every time you press a button... very unpractical for musicians that don't need their audience to ear that! Or unusable when recording for instance...
