I bought this for my Selmer Mark VI soprano saxophone, with no detachable neck, and I was afraid it wouldn't fit or the instrument would end up not being tightly straped, but it isn't the case. Not only it fits as it's a good fit.
A fuuny aspect is that you do not use velcro straps to bound the instrument, but instead you have some moving cushions and some sort of a hard strap you can bend to the desired form and use it to accomodate the instrument. I've never seen this before, but it works perfectly.
A small compartment on the inside for your mouthpiece and reeds, and a larger on the outside for everything else you need. Shoulder strap, zippers, etc, seem very robust, and the case itself seems to be able to support some serious damage before getting to your instrument.
Overall, very confortable and very solid.

Although not designed for the instrument I bought this case for my EWI. Perfect fit; keeps the instrument safe in transit.
These case are robust without being too heavy; they have lots of storage space.
Ideal if you have the Akai 14000S EWI.
