If you consider buying this pedal one important thing you must do before you start to use it; Read the manual!!! (A lot of people don't tend to...)
When I first tried it out (without reading the manual) I thought the pedal was damaged and couldn't understand what the different coloured lights meant on the pedal. But after going through the manual it all started to make sense.
Great selection of percussion sounds and can be played on a loop along with your instrument as well as adding layers. Includes a USB to add your own personal sounds from a computer.
One thing I would fault it for is that I found that some percussion sounds were not as loud as others so what I had to do was turn the volume up on my amp and lower the volume on my guitar.
Overall, a great pedal and fun to use!

The Stomp box would miss sounding so many times, regardless of how hard you press or stomp on the unit, Ortega support didn't reply to any of my emails, so I'm having to return the unit.
The downloaded software that enables you to instal your own sounds is totally useless on the macOS.

Die Kombination aus Stomp Box und Looper ist optimal für kleine Akustik-Sessions, alleine oder zu zweit. Das Gerät ist wertig verarbeitet, lässt sich gut bedienen und hat eine gute und recht große Auswahl an Sounds, die - bis auf 2, 3 Ausnahmen - gut zu gebrauchen sind.
Ein großer Pluspunkt im Vergleich zum Horsekick Pro ist es, dass man die dynamische Ansprache des Pedals ausschalten kann. So ist es einfacher, einen gleichmäßigen Beat zu "stompen" und man kann sich besser aufs Gitarre spielen und/oder Singen konzentrieren. Auch die ergonomischere Fußstellung durch das Schaumstoffkissen trägt dazu bei. Auch dies war beim Horsekick Pro nicht optimal.
Großer Minuspunkt ist leider die fehlende Möglichkeit, Loops und Overdubs fest zu speichern! Sobald man das Gerät ausschaltet oder einen neuen Song bzw. Loop spielen will, ist alles weg... Das finde ich sehr schade, da das Teil viel Potential hat, es letztlich aber bei Momentaufnahmen bleibt. Die Weiterentwicklung einer Idee, oder das Versenden an einen Bandkollegen ist nicht möglich.
Schade, denn ansonsten ist es wirklich super.

Stomp Box muss noch optimiert werden

Die Sounds der Stomp Box klingen ganz gut und theoretisch kann man vier eigene Sounds hinzufügen. Dies klappte bei mir allerdings nicht. Habe es auf 2PC?s und einem Microsoft Surface versucht. Als Gitarrist wollte ich entspannt einen Rhythmus schlagen, der eingebaute Sensor ist allerdings so eingestellt, dass man wirklich feste treten muss, was gar keinen Spaß macht. Aus diesen beiden Gründen habe ich die Stomp Box zurückgeschickt und warte auf ein neue, optimierte Box. Aufgrund der nicht einspielbaren eigenen Sounds ist die Stomp Box für mich unbrauchbar.
Anmerkung der Redaktion: Inzwischen ist eine neue Software Version verfügbar, mit der das Padal konfiguriert werden kann.
