Habe aus der Serie von LP noch das Modell Utar und spiele beide als Paar. Die größere Utar ist aber wesentlich robuster, wie sich herausgestellt hat. Die Claytone 1 hatte nach relativ kurzer Zeit bereits Kratzer und bei einem leichten Anstoßen mit dem Rucksack während des Transports ist sogar schon eine kleine Ecke am Hals herausgebrochen. Konnte notdürftig geklebt werden und beeinflusst den Sound zum Glück nicht, aber dennoch ärgerlich. Der Sound ist durchsetzungsstark und obertonreich. Ein Instrument das zum Experimentieren einlädt: ich entdecke auch nach Jahren immer wieder neue Möglichkeiten, sie zu spielen, neue Sounds, usw.
