Reliable, wery well built and easy to solder.
Once open for soldering, I was suprised seeing how accurately are they manufactured, with a small plastic tag which folds on itself, helping to isolate the pins, once soldered, from the cover.
I use these with a Mogami 2524 cable and signal seems pristine and rich even after long true-bypass stompboxes chain on my pedalboard, so that there's no need for a buffer.
They look way better than 'pancakes' from a more renowned manufacturer (which I tested in the past) available at a higher price.
Hicon's are being sold on Thomann's site at at the best price seen on the internet.
Last but not least, they are fancy, with that matt black cover.
Couldn't be happier with them.
