Umstieg auf synthetische Blätter

Nach 20 Jahren Pause vom Saxophon wollte ich wieder einsteigen und habe dafür extra die leichtesten Blätter von Vandoren gekauft (1 und 1.5). Damit kriegte ich erstmal keinen Ton raus. Sodann habe ich auf das von Thomann freundlicherweise gratis mitgelieferte Harry Hartmann Fiberreed Onyx gewechselt - und siehe da: Es lief wie geschmiert. Für einen (Wieder-)Anfänger wie mich scheinen solche synthetischen Blätter also deutlich besser zu sein - auch weil man sie vor dem Spielen nicht speziell befeuchten muss. Auch weil ich nur gelegentlich spiele, werde ich künftig wohl auf die langlebigen Produkte von Fiberreed, Bari oder Légère setzen.
