I use these strings on my Jazzbass. Normally I do not tend to like the sound of rounds fresh out of the box, but these sound pretty awesome. They are not as bright as daddarios, although their sound is more consistent. They do not change as drastically, which is why I like them a lot. They feel smooth, but not as smooth as EB slinkys, altough not as rough as Warwick strings.
In my opinion, you get pretty decent strings for a good price.
