Fantastic Reverb

Brilliant reverb That is as good as the Strymon Big Sky for a lot less money.

I know that is a big statement but the tones back it up as long as you don't mind the slightly fiddly unit menu all the sounds are there plus a few that only Boss have. You also have a classic Boss digital delay which you can use with the reverb in series or parallel routing or on its own. you can also have two reverbs (room, hall, plate & spring voices only) at the same time either in parallel or using a frequency crossover.

The downloadable software works easily to get around the fiddlyness and makes dialing in tones really easy.

Only downside is as standard the tones don't come out as lush as the strymon out of the box so do need a little tweaking to get how you want.

I bought it for spicing up the sound of my synths. It does sound great, and it is quite intuitive to use. The build quality is fine, it is a sturdy one that can be carried around. I like the shimmer effect even though it is not so much a Brian Eno-like sound.

Good fun - also on bass

I've used this on my board for a couple of months now. It's a lot of fun with pretty much every type of reverb, you can think of. There is an endless tweakability - just dive in.
Might be a little "thin" sound-wise for some bassplayers, and of course it is totally and completely digital. But for me it works greatly!
