I bought two of these speakers to act as a stereo pair in my house and to take to the park from time to time. I'm no fan of wires so the ability to link two of them together was the main reason I opted for these. After a couple of false starts where I paired both to my phone instead of linking them to each other I got the setup working (it's a matter of pairing the first speaker to your phone before switching on the second speaker). I am very impressed. Sound quality and build quality are both exceptional. For their size I had expected them to be able to go a little louder than they do, but the maximum volume I have them at when indoors is very much less than their top volume. And they're certainly suitable for COVID-style dancing in the park with a small group of mates.

Integration with the Mackie phone app is good but after a few weeks of having these speakers I have not had to use it at all after initial setup, as once that's done the regular BT pairing works fine without it.

Ich nutze den Mackie FreePlay als PC-Lautsprecher und da unter anderem für die Wiedergabe von Musikstücken aus meiner Notationssoftware. Mit dem Gerät lassen sich feine Nuancen der einzelnen Klänge gut heraushören. Aber auch die Wiedergabe von Songs aus dem Pop-Spektrum gelingt wunderbar. Neugierig war ich besonders auf den Bassklang. Der überzeugt meines Erachtens mit viel Klarheit, wirkt nicht übertrieben, hat Substanz.
Leicht gewöhnungsbedürftig ist leider der Ein-Aus-Schalter, der etwas zu klein geraten ist und den man sehr genau bedienen muss.
Insgesamt ein kleines, kompaktes Ding, das mir sehr viel Freude bereitet und sein Geld wert ist.

L enceinte en elle même est très bien réalisée, la qualité du son assez impressionnant pour cette taille et ce tarif mais...l'application qui devrait subjuguer ce système NE FONCTIONNE PAS, android ou Mac. La connexion Bluetooth dépend de votre émetteur et perturbe lors de la mise en fonction d'un deuxième Freeplay! Sinon en branchement minijack, extra et la mise en système est alors OK. Le mode d'emploi est hyper succint et l'on se rend compte qu'il faut retirer le bluetooth du 2° système et appuyer les deux en même temps pour réussir la liaison et être heureux baignant dans sa playlist. Je ne crois pas au 15h d'automonie en écoutant sa musique dans un salon d'un trentaine de metre carré. Celle ci est ma "base "et c'est une GO qui fait le "système".
