Have been playing guitar for while now and decided to get this book to study lead guitar the proper way it has to be done. It is very informative....the way it is built is very interesting....pieces of lead music to play which are also given as music files on the CD so you can hear the lead piece in order to play it the perfect way. After some licks, a solo is given to study.....this is done several times, each time introducing new techniques and lead levels.
I really recommend this book!!!

Sehr schönes Buch mit guten Lektionen, aber vorsicht viele Kaufen sich eine Gitarre um Sofort Metal zu Spielen, diese Zauberei vollbringt auch dieses Buch nicht!
Um richtig gut und Schnell Metal spielen zu können brauch es Jahre, Natürlich kann man sich schon das Buch kaufen und daraus langsam mit dem anfangen was schon klappt, aber dann nicht verzweifeln wenns nicht so wie das Beispiel klappt.
Ich persönlich spiele nun ca. 1j und schaffe vielleicht 30% aus dem Buch.
So den Lernfaktor nun mal aussenvor, es sind coole Licks , Tonleitern , Patterns und ganze Solo's in dem Buch , mit super Beispielen, man lernt hier Bendings, Fingervibrato , Tapping und etwas Rhytmus.
Auch gut um seine "Improvisationsfantasie" zu erweitern.
