i got this nice bass earlier today, and i must say it feels great to play
the feeling of the Roasted neck feels realy smoth and no sticky feeling
the intonation is perfect (if anything can be perfect that is)
The pots feel smoth but somewhat cheap, but i never had stacked pots before so it just be in my head :P
i have tryed to find anything negative with the bass, only found a couple of negativ (easy to solve thou)
no sharp frets or uneaven, no deadspots
the trussrod was perfect from the start so no need to mess with it
no scratches, dents, marks anywhere on the bass, no loose screws, no static noise or crackeling pots
the wight on the bass is realy good (my Yamaha trbx305 weight more but its a 5 string so)
The First thing i noticed when i unboxed the bass was the Action, it was way to high, but it was easy solved by lowering the bridge sadle abit, took me like 2 minutes to fix so no big issue there.
the second thing was the Plastic ontop of the pickguard, IMPOSSIBLE to remove all of it, (i hate when you cant peel the plastic in one go) :P
the battery hatch is hard to open (i had to use a screwdriver to help open it) the batteries that came with the bass works fine so no complain there
The GigBag feels great with thick padding around the edges, also its kinda hard so you dont need to worry if something falls down on the case when the bass is inside it, there is some wierd smell from the bag thou, but i guess its coas its new
The Zipper around the bag feels strong
the shoulder straps are nice, also there is a welcro strap on the back of the bag that you can use to strap down the shoulder straps when you dont use them (so you dont have em hanging when using the handle of the bag)
im sure there are bettre bags around but this one was free and for a free gigbag it looks real good (time will tell how good it is thou :P )
