Apogee HypeMiC

I was immediately impressed with the quality and weight of this microphone as well as aesthetics, as well as the case and accessories that came with it. I've been using the Mic+ for some time and love it, and this offers a worthy upgrade I believe, such as the internal compressor as I record solo acoustic guitar and slight compression can be a nice touch. This is the only microphone I use travelling with my iPhone and Macbook. It works flawlessly and after using it for a few weeks I don't have anything that I would like to see changed.
