This is a very specialized product for starters, but they really made the most of it. The new generation using IR-technology to simulate a studio mic'ed classical guitar is just as realistic as the cab IR counterpart. And being able to blend between the IR and straight piezo is great. The built in reverbs and chorus sounds great, even though I would have liked to see some reverb added to the chorus section as well. Sounds great through headphones (even though the in-ears that come with isn't too good). The playability is great, even though the saddle is a tad high, and the intonation can suffer thus. Easy fix though with some sandpaper and some patience.
I've used it both in recording and live, and as long as you have good monitoring live it's a great alternative to a normal classical, especially in winter climates such as Sweden's where normal classical's suffer a lot.
Finally, it's an eye-turner, and I've had audience come up to me on multiple occasions just to comments on how odd and cool looking it is.
Stable, slim when traveling, sounds great, plays good. It's a road worthy alternative to a regular classical for sure.
