These phones will ruin your day again and again
Harre 31.01.2024
These headphones are by far the worst piece of garbage I have ever owned. They represent the money that I most regret spending ever, and that is considering I used to be an addict a very great feat indeed.

First of all, they are not all bad. The audio quality is actually very good and the only reason I stupidly didnt return them right away. I had a naive hope that I would be able to live with the design flaws and faults, but of course I never did. That is not to take away from the sound quality though. The spectrum is very well balanced: The bass is heavy without getting out of hand; the low mids are unusually pleasant and contained; The high mids are smooth but clear and the treble is crisp without getting sharp. Great sound when listening to music.

The downside of the sound quality are
1. When using it as a hands free for a phone call the other person will hardly hear you since the volume is so low (on my end it sounded good though) and
2. The ANC is really bad. It does lower the bass noise from the surroundings, but it doesnt do anything for the other parts of the spectrum for example speaking. And if you do decide to use ANC be aware that that will take away all of the sound quality from the music you are listening to.

Now to the real problems.
1. They have a function to use the microphones to listen to whats happening in your surroundings. That is something I have used frequently on other headphones and in-ears since I often use them in traffic, I think its called "Transparency". Great feature. However.... On these headphones you activate it by slightly brushing your fingers against the right 'shield'. If you have cold fingers, or if its too cold outside it just wont work. The main problem though is that the function will turn itself on if for example the sun shines on it, if you step into a slightly warmer area or if something else brushes against it (not anything, but for example a charger chord or fleeze sweater).
If you are out in traffic and suddenly without warning amplified noise starts blasting in your ears it will shock you and has caused dangerous situations for me on numerous occations. It doesnt help that the transparancy-volume slider is placed in a way that always accidentally gets turned on to the loudest... AWFUL FEATURE!

It also has some more minor problems that can be considered bugs. I will list them here:
- The play/stop / answer/hang up button is really wobbly and usually you wont be able to get it on the first try.
- A lot of the time it will connect to your device but the music/call audio will still go out from the phone and not from the phones.
- The phones will try to detect if you are wearing them (I think by noticing the phone distance from eachother) and this will cause problems. Sometimes (quite often) they will stop the music because they think you took them off when in fact you didnt. If you press start they will start and then stop again right away. Often I've had to restart them to make it work again. This will happen extra often if you wear a hat or hoodie between them and your ears, but it also happens if you dont. Also, if you take them off to wear them around your neck, perhaps because someone starts a conversation with you, quite often (almost every time) they will keep/start playing regardless of if you manually paused the audio. This is especially annoying if you are listening to a podcast or audio book since you will have to rewind and look for where you were when you notice whats happening.
- Most of my headphones and in-ears have no problem switching between bluetooth devices when I want by whitching connection in the bluetooth menu. Some can even be connected to several at the same time. With these phones however, i need to turn off bluetooth on the device I was using, then restart the phones and manually connect them with the bluetooth menu on the new device. It doesnt matter that I have already paired them earlier, I need to do this every time.

I have owned (and do own) 5-6 different bluetooth headphones with the price span 30€ - 250€ and in-ears and all of these problems are unique to these phones (except the bad ANC).
Please do not buy these phones, they will ruin your day.
