I don't really ask for much in the delay and reverb department. I just want a single "slap-back" delay bounce, with some high and low cut to keep it from muddying up the sound too much, and some kind of reasonably smooth sounding reverb to keep the guitar from sounding bone dry and dull when I practice.
This pedal serves my needs superbly, and it's cheap! I recommend it to anyone with equally modest requirements. If you want a delay pedal that produces an interesting evolving soundscape and an infinitely tweakable reverb this isn't for you. This is just a bread-and-butter delay and reverb for people who don't really care about delay and reverb.
EDIT:
I just happened to see someone calling this "hissy", which prompted me to update this review. The unit isn't hissy when used correctly (in the +10 dB mode), but it can be set to a +4 dB level, and that makes it hissy if you use it with a guitar level signal. Now you know.
