I have lots of these. Lightweight and easy to set up. Sadly, the plastic leg joint breaks more often than you'd like, sending the whole stand with your expensive lights tumbling to the floor. Granted, it takes some drunkard dancing straight into (or rather onto) one of the legs for the plastic to break (happened before my very eyes two times the last 10 years or so), and if a six pound moonflower should happen to end up on said drunkards head, it pretty much serves him right.
Try to hide the stand behind your speaker stack if possible, and you'll be fine.
