The stand was pretty easy to put together with one person but when it comes to setting the angle of each of the device holders, it feels as though the brackets are either tightened too much to adjust their angle smoothly or are too loose and the moment you take the device you're mounting off of the holders, they move and you have to start trying to angle them again.
It would be much better if both the adjustment bolts were under the brackets so the user can tighten them without lifting the device off the stand.
Otherwise no problems with the stand apart from the fact that it's over £300 for what is essentially just some aluminium pipe and plastic brackets.
