I bought this set full well knowing it is a cheaply produced low quality harmonicas; but you do get allot for your money (it was 1/3 cheaper a few years back).
What you get is a full set of harmonicas and a nice case; you will always have a fitting scale for your projects.
Sound: They do make alot of wind noise and some reeds just don't work out of the box (I haven't tried to fix any yet so I will update if I get around to it). The tones are hard to bend or impossible, so they are not the easiest to play.
But this what I want in some ways. I wanted a 'dirty' sound; you do have to work harder, but it has character - kind of guitar made of ciggarbox and a piece of string. Some of us like to use this 'quality' in our productions.
Now if you want a sweet sounding and well played harmonica you will have to pay as much for one piece as for this whole set.
