Unfortunately, the product I received was not in a state that one would expect when buying something new. There were also some issues in using the product but that might be because I happen to be new to using these appliances. However, the important thing here is that when I called the support to try and sort this out, they were totally understanding and straightforward asking the right questions in order to resolve the issue. So I am confident already that this we be resolved to the best and that this is a company that puts the customer trust and satisfaction in the frontline. Regarding the UM2 itself, despite the sloppy "Get started manual", for a beginner like myself, it is very simple to use and quite OK, maybe it will be even better when I get the replacement :-).
