Great choice!
Was thinking about buying that Pearl throne in the same price range, but those stitches seemed uncomfortable so I went with this one, which was recommended to me by almost every drummer I asked. I am a beginner and have used a wooden stool before I bought this. My back used to hurt me but on this throne you can sit for hours and you still feel comfortable and pain free.
!!!! This is the velour material of the seat. You also have a leather option. Now, if you think you smell a lot and you sweat, I would recommend the leather version which isn't absorbent and can be cleaned easily. Hell, I sometimes smell too so in that case I put a towel over the throne :D

Very good set
I own this seat for about two month now.
It shipped in two parts, the seat and the stand. To assemble the stool you just place the seat on the stand and tighten two srews with your hands. The fitting includes a plastic lining so that nothing moves or wobbles once the scres are tightened. Assembly takes about 3 minutes.
The first impression was, that i got a really well manufactured and high quality product. The seat is very comfortable and forces to sit in a good position. So even after long Sessions of over 5 hours I did not have any back pain.
The stand is extremely solid and stands safely.
Only the hight adjustment is a bit more complicated than with other stools. You have to loosen a screw than pull the seat out, adjust on the hight you want and then tighten everything again.
For the time I used the seat it still works fine, nothing wobbles and I sit comfortalbe.
All in all I can say that this is a good seat for every drummer, and your back will thank you for getting a high quality seat.

Great chair!
The height is plenty as I'm a taller guy and I still have height left, so if you are 1.90m this is a great chair. Also the height adjustment is easy and this is more durable than the hydrolic one. And the chair material is also really good, my butt does not sweat that much on this chair. It does lose a star in stability because I can't get it tight enough to not rotate a little bit.

Can't really go wrong
I use it as a drum stool, kitchen stool, small step ladder, side table, office chair, garden chair, spare chair whatever it is it handles no problemo even if that is just spinning round and round for no reason at all. It's a good chair.

Very Comfortable Drum Throne
I started playing drums using a noname drum throne and it was quite uncomfortable. I tried the Tama HT530C Drum Throne a friend owned and I was perfectly satisfied, so I order this one immediately.
With my old drum throne my back started to hurt after some time of playing but it never happened with the tama drum throne.
It's easy to put together and adjust in height. To assemble it, you only need to tighten two screws. Adjusting the height only takes seconds, so if other drummers use your drum throne you can change it quickyl.
Recently, my drum throne was stolen and I didn't hesitate to order the same one again, because it's really great.

So i purchased this drum throne after sitting and playing on a lot drum thrones. i have back problems and im kinda fat. 110kg.
I really liked the HT530C so why not buying the newest model?
Perfect decision... the legs are a bit wobbly but i think that's the only minus. its really comfortable easy to use and take with you on a gig.
The fabric really breathes so i don't sweat a lot. I'm really happy with this drum throne!

Great Fullstop.
A very solid throne. The main feature I love about these thrones is they don't move. They stay put with no wobbling or rocking. The seat cushioning is firm but comfortable and after a nights playing and with good posture I never have back issues. The fabric cover is of good quality. My original Tama throne from 2008 which I now use on my practice kit is as good as the day I first got it hence the reason I purchased a 2nd one for my gigging kit. Definitely recommend it.

This is the best drum throne in the history of drum thrones!
This is very stable, sturdy and high quality drum throne from Tama. It literally saved my back (health) because I play a lot throughout year and this throne provides the best experience even after 4 and more hours of continuous playing!
I highly recommend it!
