4 stars for the value for money
I bought this as a second one just for excersise.I knew that for this kind of money i shouldn't expect much. As for the sound i was pleasantly surprised and i can recommend it to new guitaists such as myself.But when i tried to wipe it out with a little harder cloth than i should the whole body filled with scratches like it had took place to a dog guitar fight.Anyway you always get what you pay for so if your looking for a begginers or exercising instrument it will suit you fine.Just beware with what you will clean it.

Looking for a decent first guitar?
I bought this guitar for my son who wanted to take his first steps as an acoustic guitarist after he had been playing electric for a while. The guitar is well constructed and sounds good for a beginner model, even better than you might expect. I would recommend it to any left-handed student and this Harley Benton is ideal to learn to play with. If you take good care of it you will enjoy it for a long time but nothing will last forever and there is time that id need to be replaced,but you can be sure that you have learned a lot, persisted and it is worth the investment to invest in a better guitar.

You get what you pay for
Bought this as a first guitar to my wife who wanted to learn after seeing me play for so long, but she's left handed and can't use my righty guitars
Pros:
made of wood
Sounds ok, but its not as loud as a dreadnought should
cons:
setup was awful, action is too high, strings are bad, fret board was dry, string nut cut poorly
Had to spend 2 hours fixing these issues for the guitar to be "playable"
Conclusion:
pay a bit more and get exponentially better quality from fender or epiphone

Horrible customer service
Placed order 12 days ago and still haven’t received it. Worst customer service of my life, woman on the phone laughed at the situation and refused refund saying there was nothing she can do. Buy scuba gear and swim to Germany. You will get your order faster that way.

Nice beginner guitar
Nice guitar for beginner to start with. Sound is also very nice for the price you pay for. Quality in general is good, but at certain parts the finishing is not done well. I use this guitar to start with the basics and later on will purchase a better one in sound and finishing.

Cheap, but great!
Wanted a cheap lefthand guitar I can take with me when I go to parties, or ehen I play for my friends.
This one does the job, it is way better then the one I used before (SX).

Solid, does what it says on the tin.
It's a solid, well built guitar. I bought it for my girlfriend as a Christmas present but kind of stole it to use for myself... Flipped the strings to make it a right handed guitar and it's absolutely spot on!

Best Pleased
As a left hander i sometimes find it difficult to source a good reasonably priced instrument. The Harley benton 120lh arrived and i must say i was pleased with the quality and the sound. The action is good and the pegs are easy to tune. I also bought the kit bag and a capo to suit.

Lovely guitar for the money
The quality of finish and sound is totally unexpected at this price. Bought as a cheap guitar that my son could have in his university halls and he is really pleased with it. None of his flat mates can believe the price we paid for it.
It has a level low action, no fret buzz and mellow tone.
Highly recommended.
I had to rate the features before I could submit the review - there are no actual features (it is an acoustic guitar) but if you could the binding and machine heads as features then they are good quality.
