My perfect Rotosound set
I've been a Rotosound fan since I've been playing bass guitars. I've always played Swing bass .45 sets, but I have been trying out all the variants in gauges. From the 'standard' .45/65/80/105 to the .110 sets, the Billy Sheehan set, the Steve Harris set, etc.
In the end, the .110 set is just too big. Although I like the fat open E string this set gives me, it's almost like playing steel beams. Furthermore, I never understood why the 'standard' set goes from .65 to .80, and not .85.
In comes this particular set. .105 is the perfect E string for me, and I find this balanced distribution to be a joy to play. Recommended.

een geweldige match met mijn Precision bas.
goede tone uit deze snaren, lekker stevig in het laag, goede druk in het midden en duidelijke klik.
