The nuts are stamped out of metal plate, not turned out of staff, so their edges are rough and they can damage surfaces onto which they are being screwed. They do otherwise work quite well. Occasionally I have found one with a damaged threading (I bought many of these), so I could not use it. They are painted black, not anodized, so the paint comes off pretty easily when some force is applied. They come individually packed with a bag of silica gel, so they won't rust in transit, but it would have been much better if they were properly anodized or nickel plated so that no rusting could happen at all. This way of packing is much more expensive than making a rust-proof product. Sloppy Chinese production, obviously, but good enough to be functional and non-breaking. Expensive because of packaging. For the money you should get a bag of 10 pieces, in my opinion.
