Good stand. It's very light (and therefore portable) but the quality seems fine.
There is a small tray attached (to place small accessories on), which comes off easily: We haven't lost it yet (after 4 months of use) but I assume we will, eventually. It also has an arm that holds the bow.
Because the stand is so light, the centre of gravity when the violin is placed in the stand is quite high. It won't fall over by itself, but I'm afraid it wouldn't take much to knock it over. It would have been nice if the legs were just a little bit heavier, to lower the centre of gravity. If you buy this stand I would advise to lower it as far as possible without the violin/viola and bow touching the ground, and placing it out of the way to ensure it doesn't get knocked over.
