The tuner is good although I've seen better tuners that are more responsive and precise but also way more expensive. For home use this one is good enough for me, considering the price and the advantage of the built-in power plant. The power plant is really good too, no noise or hum from the power supply that a lot of people complain about. The only hum that I had was when I used it for pedals that go straight to amp next to pedals that are in FX loop. Guess it's a phase thing or grounding problem, my apartment is pretty old so the wiring is not that great. I solved it by connecting a separate power supply and daisy chain the FX loop pedals. No more hum. I like to vary sound so I use umpteen pedals, they would never fit on just an 8 port power plant. All in all I'm really happy with this. I also liked the fact it came with connector cables in different lengths. I guess it won't fit in any pedalboard's 'hidden' space, but I quit gigging years ago so I consider the entire floor of my mancave to be my pedalboard anyway, plenty of room =)
