High E string Problem ..crooked neck?

I liked the guitar. It sounded great; the set up out of the box was OK..the action was a bit high for me. The problem was (i sent it back) that the high E string at the upper frets was almost off the fretboard! So i suppose the neck was not on straight. I saw a similar issue on a you tube video. You would need a luthier to set it right, that is I would need a luthier. I just don’t feel the guitar is worth 1000 bucks.

Really nice to play. Neck is as smooth as silk. Great features like locking tuners. Really easy to play lead and chords. The push pull pot Really gives the guitar some punch. Have only had mine for two days, but I'm really happy so far. Great service as always from Thomann. I'll update if there's any issues or anything else to add in the near future.

Bien reçu la guitare comme d'habitude , très bien emballé rien a dire un grand bravo a toute l'équipe

Maintenant parlons de la guitare le manche très lisse comme j'aime par contre la finissions laisse a désirer pour le prix le bord des frettes très mal polis Attention les doigts

Le manche très mal régler a partir de la 12 frettes sur la sol si mi injouable
donc un tour chez le luthier 45 euros de réglage

Le corps de la guitare est assez lourd autrement le reste c'est tout bon

J’espère voir la différence quand elle va revenir de chez le luthier
