First time with Wincent sticks - impressed
I bought these Wincent 7ART as a replacement for some other expensive 7A-like sticks from a reputable company that arrived with damaged tips. My first Wincent sticks were a very pleasant surprise.
The finish and form are superb, no nicks, splits or gouges anywhere in sight & arrow-straight. Personally I find the wax finish very pleasant and does not become slippy once hands begin to perspire.
While the taper is quite long (I think the sticks are a little longer than a 'typical' 7A overall), the neck remains quite thick and I find that, while I can still control my dynamics very well, the sticks still feel substantial in my hands. The large round tip and slightly longer length provide good rebound and control.
I enjoy playing with these sticks very much, and I'm very impressed with Wincent quality control over that of some of their larger competition.

The best pair for me
I didn't even expect this pairing to be this good! Impeccable balance and weight for me. Perfect for playing jazz, hip-hop, and electronica.
