A good all-round headset
Originally bought as a cheap, temporary alternative to a speaker and mic setup I had whilst moving house, this headset has become my go-to for everyday listening, gaming, and communication. Built like a tank, yet lightweight and comfortable enough to use for extended periods of time. They do lack a bit of dynamic range, but having been designed to be used in a theater environment, it's to be expected. The mic arm does feel a little feeble at times, but is stable and isn't going anywhere. Keep the windshield on though. There's plenty of space in them, and will suit all head sizes - having a big head and large ears my self, the cups are surprisingly comfortable, and theres still room for adjustment too. There is little noise spill, and the closed back design also stops a lot of outside noise as well.
Overall, very solid construction, sound quality to match, and a price tag that cannot be argued with.

Superlux HMC 660 X - Field Tested in Battle Zones
At first I was a little dubious when I saw the price of the Superlux HMC 660 X Headset. So I decided to order a set to test it out. I was very impressed when I received it and tested it, I'd been searching for quite some time for a pair of headsets but the prices were just to expensive!
Note:
1. I would recommend buying an extra windshield to cover the existing mic as I found it really helped a lot.
2. This is a condenser mic and needs phantom power, they will not run off a usual 24/48v phantom powered desk, which I found was it's only drawback!
I recommend the Millenium PP2B phantom Power Supply, which is switchable between 12v and 48v (it takes two mics, set the switch to 12v position!) and can also run off two 9v batteries. The batteries lasted a whole event which was over 7hrs of recording.
I use four of these headsets in my setup, (for commentary and monitoring system) and I am so pleased with the outcome.
Here is a link to my youtube channel with them in use.

A workhorse
We run a live streaming show and have done for years. The Director uses these to talk to the camera crew and they've been excellent, a reliable workhorse throughout the shows. They're not high fidelity but they serve our purpose very well.

Best ever headset I've had and I've owned much pricier ones but none have been this good. These have very nice sound quality, both for headphones and microphone. Durable and very comfortable, esp. so as I bought velour ear pads. I can't see any reason to pay any more for a headset when you can get something so so good for this price.

Great value for money!
Firstly, I don't use these in a studio setting so I can't really comment on their suitability for audiophile or sound engineering use. However, I am a professional hypnotherapist and use a pair of these in my clinical practice. I've been using these every week for 2 years, often six days a week, and always for 4 or 5 hours a day. In all this time, they have never failed, and have been a joy to use. They're both comfortable for extended use and have good reproduction for spoken word use. My clients seem to enjoy using them too. Excellent sound isolation. Highly recommended. If I lost them tomorrow I would replace them immediately. Great value!

Superlux Hmc 660x
I bought these reasonably priced phones to use with my porrtablle studio and when recording drums.
They have proved their worth in both scenarios
Yet again good quality equipment at a price I cannot match in the UK

Great Budget XLR Headset!
Use these for a podcast I run, needed a hands off microphone and monitoring solution, Audio Technica's are nice but expensive. Needs phantom power, some decks provide, some don't. Great buy for what you get! Would recommend some extension cables for the XLR and the 3.5 jack! They're spaced a little close and dont have far reach.
