The spirit of the patch cable!
I used a pair of these to connect rack processor in effect loop of an amp. In comparison to less expensive Snake and Cordial that I have, this is noticeable difference. These are sturdier and to a degree less flexible, so there is less chance of damage if you plan to learn to walk on a wire using these cables :-) In other words, You should choose this if you often plug/unplug your stuff and if you have people walking around and accidentally stepping over cables. These cables seem like capable of coping with such treatment. You should also choose this cable if you have more noise than usual. For home use cheaper stuff can do the trick, unless you have more noise like me. Noise was my primary concern. In one room cheaper cables can be used and I was very happy with those, but when I moved my toys to another room I needed more shielding so I reached for Sommer and it gave a better performance.

Connecting my amplifiers
The angle plugs are great, they don't stick out awkwardly and the look great. Plugs seem robustly constructed.
I just bought some more to patch my effects pedals together.

Flexible and lightweight
I bought this cable to use with a Tascam bass trainer. The cable is perfect for this, it is very flexible and the the angled jacks are short and lightweight, meaning they don't pull on the Tascam connector and also allow me to play sitting on my bed (straight connectors are a pain). I just wish there was a slightly longer version (1.5 or 2m) which would be better for playing standing up - maybe.

High quality, tough cable
I'm using one of these cables on a pedal board to go from one side to the other. It's great, the flat connectors mean you can place pedals very close together.
One small problem with these pancake type connectors is when you have pedals with multiple inputs close together, the connectors don't fit side-by-side.
All in all a great cable that I think will work for years to come.

First class construction and great sound
Great price for a high fidelity cable. I used it between my multi effects pedal and my looper. No sound degradation. The build quality is impressive. It coils smoothly and the flat ends make for a very tidy set-up.

Impressive quality cable for a very reasonable price!
I have already written reviews about the shorter patch version of this cable, but I can't say enough good things about these! They are so well made and have an astounding clarity and signal quality, you really can't go wrong at this price.
Do yourselves and your rig a favour, invest in some of these Sommer cables, you won't be disappointed!
Would happily use these for gigging, even on longer tours where robust gear is a must. :)

Great and affortable patch cables!
In the world of patchcables there are many differences. I bought several brands over the years and these Sommer cables seem to be the best ones when it comes to clean and noiseless signals so far. I've been using these on all my effect pedals and the effects loop on my boogie without any problem. If you need good, angled patchcables, look no further.

Quality patch cables
Solid quality patch cables. Bought a bunch of these to route my whole pedalboard and they worked out great. A year later all cables are like new and show no wear at all.
Jacks are solid and have a good snug fit. Doesn't alter sound in ant way. Cable itself is quite flexible, which is good for tight or irregular spacing.
