Sturdy and well made
The case fits my viola very well, and holds it securely in place. There is no rattling when handling the case. The padding is soft and the blanket separating the viola from the bow is a nice touch.
The included backpack straps are comfortable and seem like they are going to last.
There is enough room inside the case to fit a shoulder rest, even though there is not a dedicated place to put it.
Overall I am very satisfied with the case.
