Great mike just push the gain
Purchased for vocals and snare miking, I have found it much more useful for snare miking.
Over or under-snare works great and having the switch to alter the settings from 'Speech' to 'Music' with several grades in between, as well as hi boost switch allows plenty of tweaking possibilities.
In terms of vocals it looks great, bringing images of Bowie and Stevie Nicks (and now Hozier is using one live too), however it has been tricky for live performance in my experience. It needs a lot of gain on the mixer, and has always felt a little dull/ less responsive than a trusty SM58 or even a Sennheiser MD421. If someone is looking for something interesting for concert vocals I would rather reccomend that, it's cheaper and a bit more friendly to the performer (in my opinion).
I wouldn't sell it but it is not as versatile as I originally expected. Great to have when variation in a drum miking is needed.

My dreamy mic
We all know The Beatles use MD421, that makes it famous, and MD441 is the turbo version of MD421, it looks like an artwork, silver outward with leather handed, and it gives you awesome record quality, this is the best dynamic mic!!!!

One of the world's great mics
This dynamic mic has many similarities with a condenser. It combines extended HF response with smoothness. Tight hypercardioid pattern control offers excellent isolation of the source and rejection of outside spill. This is one of the best sounding mics on brass, wind or string instruments. Extremely versatile, for example excellent as a snare bottom mic and the best lectern mic ever. Suits many more roles like soft vocals, piano sounding board and more. This is a mic to bring along as a problem solver. The 5-position HPF and HF boost controls are useful to tailor its response, though I mostly prefer to achieve those results with a console or DAW. This is a classic
