Rycote Mini Wind Screen f. Zoom H4N

It is a nice fluffy 'cat', easy to get on your recorder and to take off. I've had it for over two years and was using extensively.
I am using this windscreen on my Zoom H4n Pro for recording outdoors. However, if you're planning to go out and record in a more windy environment, such as next to the sea or similar, you might think of some 'cat' with some longer fur. This will not really help and you'll have some gusts of winds on your recorded imprinted as some great walls of noise.
However, if it's a quiet forest you're setting out for, this will work just fine.

Rycote Mini Wind Screen for Zoom H4N is an excellent quality product in every way, and is the perfect companion for using with the H4N in many applications.

The Rycote fits around the microphones of the H4N very well, with strong elastic to hold it in place. The 'fur' like material is also of a high quality and is backed with smooth grey material on the inside.

I have mainly used the Rycote for recording location sounds outside, in medium to strong winds and it has proven to reduce wind interference in the microphone very well. When comparing recordings with and without the Rycote, it has proven to be an excellent wind cover that will last for a long time to come.
