Good Tone And Response
I have my whole kit fitted with these heads and I'be been really impressed with the quality of both the build and the tone. The reduction in volume is really marked; I play mainly in a small church room and using Silent Stroke enables me to play without using dampening pads which destroy the true tone of the drums.
The mesh is really good quality and takes a good beating. Whilst I've only had these for a few weeks, I'd imagine they'll last a good while longer. The response from the head is really good too and really close to a normal head.
I'd definitely recommend Silent Stroke to anyone for whom volume is an issue whether practicing or playing live. One warning on live use though is that you may need to mic even in small venues as the volume is reduced considerably. These are supposed to work with triggers too though so you could potentially use an electronic kit solution with your acoustic kit if you wanted to have total control over your volume.

Great for practice
It's a great head for it's use, when it comes to practice in low volumes.
It feels good, but not 100% realistic, and it's very silent so one could easily practice drumming in an apartement or a house without driving your family crazy.
Pros:
- Silent
- Feels decent
Cons:
- A bit too bouncy for a realistic tom-feeling

Amazing
Was surprised how much tone can be gotten out of these, you can really make your toms quiet without sacrificing your musicality. I would highly recommend these heads.

Delivers on what it promises
No product will ever make your drums absolutely silent, but these are probably among the next best things you can buy, if you want to practice while keeping the noise levels down.

Remo Quality
These heads are great. They work. Really reduces the volume. Tone is sacrificed but the sound is very manageable and I can continue to lay into the set if i desire. Brilliant products from Remo.

Turned an unused tom into a practice pad.
Feels great. Pretty quiet, tightness increases volume.
I imagine it'd make a great trigger pad too.

Practice in silence
If you are a drummer who wants to practice and don't want to produce any sound not to annoy your flatmates, family and neighbours, look no further. This mesh head is amazing, I've been practicing almost everyday for a couple of months with this head and its just amazing.
