The guitar looks so good on stage, people don't notice me anymore
I mean it, it's great. For me it was a dream come true to finally own an Ovation, I wished to buy one for a few years. Played a lot of genres already with it, jazz, blues, country, folk and I recorded some really great versions of my own compositions. It's really adaptable with a clear and loud sound. It is also really comfortable to play. I believe its value is way above the price paid. And it looks great when you have a picture taken with it. In my last two concerts with it people only knew me as "the guy with that beautiful guitar". So careful, as it can draw the attention away from you.
If you want to hear it in action, here's a recording I made with it.

Needed a bit of setting up, but sounds great
I had to open it up and tighten the bridge when I first got it, as the nuts holding it on became lose and it rattled, but it was very easy to open up and fix, and I love the sound of the pickups. It does sound a bit plasticey, and not very warm, but I knew it when I brought it, and has a very original sound that works for all situations. Im very happy with it
