Mehhh
Not quality, jack won´t sit in there properly after a couple of uses.. Buy something bigger, mbulkier and more robust, or use gaffer-tape to make this more permanent

The adapter can be used, but often has contact issues.
The adapter can be used to connect male-to-male jack's, thus extend an instrument line, but it often has contact issues. In high power situations this is quite undesirable, and the thing is best not used.

Kinda bad
It does its work, but only when you find the right spot.
It just isn't good, the match when you insert a jack isn't tight and it always loose connection. When you set it up you have to be careful not to make the slightliest movement near it or it will stop working.
Just not right, but it can do it's job if tied up or taped tightly to the cables.
